Francesca has been working non-stop trying to keep her mind off losing the love of her life. James was Francesca high school sweetheart. James enlisted in the army after high school getting station at Fort Bragg N.C. Army Base while Fran went to college at Fayetteville State University for a degree in Social Work. After getting her degree Francesca and James got married, after two years of a fairy tale marriage and the talk of having kids James received orders for Iraq after being in Iraq for six months he was killed in a terrorist attack leaving Francesca alone and vowing to never fall in love again.

Jeremiah and Jamicah are fraternal twins, Jeremiah was always the prankster and Jamicah was the serious one. Jamicah was also their mother’s favorite she loved them both but she had a closer bond with Jamicah  despite this Jeremiah and Jamicah were very close Jeremiah was a little jealous of his mother and brother relationship but he didn’t let that stop them from being close they did everything together. They got sick together, party together, dated together even went to college together one becoming a lawyer and the other a doctor they promised to never let anything or anyone to ever come between them.

But they didn’t plan on meeting Francesca Waters. When they saw her at the alumni ball she had stolen both of their senses away and render them speechless she didn’t see them but they sure enough had seen and felt her from afar. Knowing that the other was affected by her presence they made a pact that neither brother would approach her. Jeremiah was happy because he knew Jamicah was the ladies man and always pulled the woman with his smooth talking.

Two weeks later Jamicah runs into Francesca at Wal-Mart and he just couldn’t refuse he has to introduce himself that introduction turns into so much more.......When Jeremiah meets Francesca it’s on a professional level, he is so smitten when he sees her he can hardly think straight but he plays it cool and remembers the pact he and his brother made and he remains professional.
